Who you'll work with

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Administration and Configuration:Administer, configure, and optimize business applications such as Salesforce, Office365, and SharePoint to meet client requirements.
    Customize and configure applications to enhance functionality and streamline business processes (e.g., creating workflows, reports, dashboards in Salesforce).
    Support clients with new features, functionality, and updates to applications, ensuring smooth transitions during upgrades or migrations.

  2. Application Support and Troubleshooting:Provide expert-level support for clients experiencing issues with Salesforce, Office365, SharePoint, and other related business applications.
    Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
    Monitor application performance, identify issues, and proactively recommend solutions to improve efficiency and functionality.
    Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to resolve complex application issues.

  3. User Management and Access Control:Assist clients in configuring user access, permissions, and roles within Salesforce, Office365, and SharePoint.
    Ensure that user access to applications is properly aligned with client security policies and business processes.
    Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to maximize application functionality and ensure security best practices are followed.

  4. System Integration and Workflow Optimization:Help clients integrate Salesforce, Office365, SharePoint, and other business applications with other systems, such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, or third-party tools.
    Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business workflows within these applications, improving efficiency and productivity.
    Develop and configure data flows, integration points, and automation tools to ensure seamless connectivity and data consistency across systems.

  5. Training and Documentation:Provide application training for end-users, helping them understand features, best practices, and troubleshooting methods.
    Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides for clients.
    Create and deliver training materials tailored to the client’s needs to enhance user adoption and ensure smooth transitions with application updates or implementations.

  6. Application Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor application health and performance metrics, addressing any anomalies or issues as they arise.
    Generate regular reports to track application usage, performance, and any recurring issues, offering recommendations for improvements.
    Provide clients with detailed insights into their application usage, performance, and opportunities for improvement.

  7. Client Consultation and Best Practices:Advise clients on best practices for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing their business applications.
    Collaborate with clients to align applications with their strategic goals and help them realize the full potential of their technology investments.
    Provide recommendations for process improvements, system optimizations, and scalability considerations.

What you'll do

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing, supporting, and administering business applications (Salesforce, Office365, SharePoint).

  • Hands-on experience with the configuration and customization of Salesforce (e.g., creating objects, fields, workflows, and reports).

  • Strong knowledge of Office365 administration, including user management, security settings, SharePoint configuration, and collaboration tools.

  • Familiarity with integrating business applications and managing workflows between platforms.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues, including performance optimization and end-user support.

  • Strong understanding of user access management and security protocols for cloud-based applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in creating user guides, training materials, and documentation for clients.

  • Ability to work in a client-facing environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar Salesforce certifications.

  • SharePoint certification or experience with advanced SharePoint configurations.

  • Office365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Administrator Associate).

  • Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.

  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.

  • Experience with additional business applications or CRM/ERP systems.
