Who you'll work with

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure are functioning optimally.
Monitor and manage performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain, support, and update IT infrastructure and ensure proper deployment of new technology.
Project Management:Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure team collaboration to meet milestones and deadlines.
Identify risks and provide solutions to overcome project challenges.
Team Leadership and Management:Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, including service and support teams, ensuring effective communication and a positive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Ensure that the team adheres to IT best practices, SLAs, and customer service standards.
Technical Expertise and Support:Oversee the management and support of Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Salesforce environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to networking, infrastructure, and software applications.
Collaborate with other departments to provide IT solutions that support business goals.
Networking and Security:Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
Ensure the security of IT systems and data by implementing and overseeing security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Lead efforts to achieve and maintain SOC 2 compliance, ensuring that controls for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy are in place and functioning.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure regular audits, risk assessments, and penetration tests are conducted.
Implement and maintain disaster recovery and incident response plans.
Vendor and Budget Management:Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and IT services.
Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and responsible allocation of resources.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Provide regular reports to senior management on IT performance, project status, security metrics, and compliance with SOC 2 standards.

What you'll do

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven experience managing and supporting Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Salesforce, and networking technologies.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud environments, and security practices.
Experience managing IT service and support teams, with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects, including resource planning, budgeting, and team coordination.
Extensive experience in security management, with hands-on knowledge of SOC 2 compliance and best practices for security controls.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
ITIL certification or other relevant IT management certifications is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with IT security frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
Familiarity with enterprise-level software solutions and integrations.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, SharePoint, or similar certifications.
Salesforce administration or support experience.
Experience in managing disaster recovery plans and business continuity processes.
